Over the past few years, 95% of our sales have been made over the Internet - to places as far-flung as Tokyo, Santa Barbara, Buenos Aires and Amsterdam. Along the way, we've become experts in selling, and shipping, to overseas customers.

Note that each item includes an 'enquire about item' option that opens an email form in which you can communicate your enquiry. Please use it - it will make life easier for all of us!
All prices quoted on this website are in US $ Dollars, and exclude sales tax (which is only payable by Israeli residents… see note below).
Payment Methods:
Payment must be received in full before items are shipped. Items will be shipped within five working days of receipt of payment.
For the time being, we can only accept PayPal payments (to our account: mark@elements-ta.com); cash (via registered mail only, please!); bank transfers in US $ Dollars (to our US bank account) or UK £ Sterling (to our UK bank account); and, subject to prior agreement, personal cheques (which require 10-14 days to clear).
If necessary, we will perform currency conversions using the latest online exchange rate at www.xe.com.
We are looking to set up a secure server for online credit card payments in the near future.
Shipping & Handling Fees:
We ship worldwide from Israel. We do our best to keep costs to a minimum, and pass them on to our customers with no mark-up.
All items that we sell are carefully packed using professional packing materials and despatched via EMS - an international service that provides a 3-5 day delivery time, internet tracking and door-to-door delivery - for prices that start at only US$20.00.
All glassware, ceramics and other fragile items will be double-boxed for an extra charge of US$5.00. This increases the minimum shipping charge to US$25.00, but we believe it's worth the extra cost to avoid hassles and disappointment for both our customers and ourselves.
We can also despatch items via FedEx - charges for this service will be quoted individually.
If you purchase more than one item, items can be combined for shipping, but we don't recommend this for fragile items which deserve a box of their own. If you choose to combine items, the first item is charged at the standard rate (starting at US$20.00, or US$25.00 for fragile items), and any subsequent items will be charged at half that rate.
Please read our 'Insurance' information below, as it fully explains the insurance cover limitations in respect of lost or damaged shipments.
Please do not ask us to change customs values or to mark items as a 'gift', as it causes us problems with the customs and tax authorities at this end…
Packaging:
All items will be packaged very carefully - using professional packing materials - to reach you in the condition in which we would like to receive them ourselves.

Insurance:
We strongly suggest that customers insure items to cover possible loss or damage during shipping. We can provide insurance for US$2.00 per US$200.00 of cover, so insuring a US$400.00 item will cost just US$4.00.
Please note that insurance is only valid for 30 days from date of shipping. If customers fail to advise us of non-delivery within 14 days of us sending an email with shipping details (which we always do on the date that items are despatched) we cannot be held responsible in any way.
If customers choose not to insure items, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during shipping.
We strongly advise customers not to accept delivery of packages that appear to be damaged in any way. If they do so, it is at their own risk as the insurance cover is invalidated, and we cannot be held responsible in any way.
In the unlikely event that items are damaged upon receipt, customers must advise their local Postal Service, and submit an official Postal Damage Report Form within 24 hours of receipt of the package. They must also advise us via email within 24 hours of receipt of the package.
Failure to meet all the conditions above will invalidate any insurance cover and we cannot be held responsible in any way… sorry, but that's down the insurance company - not us!
Condition:
Virtually all the items that we offer for sale are used, and unless otherwise noted should be assumed to be in very good or better condition, which means there may be signs of age or light wear.
We try to note manufacturing flaws or unusual signs of wear whenever possible, and we do not offer damaged items for sale unless they are very rare.
We guarantee that all the items that we sell are as described... unless we specifically state otherwise in our item descriptions, we do not sell reproductions.
Returns & Refunds:
We greatly value our reputation, and offer a 'no quibble' refund if an item is proven not to be as described.
Buyers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of an item if they believe it differs in any material way from its description. We reserve the right to refuse any return or refund requests submitted after that time period.
All returns must be authorised by elements gallery via email. Refunds will only be given if an item is proven not to be as described; the return was authorised via email by us; and the item was shipped back to us within five days of the authorisation date. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Returned items must be despatched to us via EMS (or similar service), insured to their full value, and packed properly - just like we packed them - ideally in the original packing. They must be returned undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Although we make every effort to accurately provide dimensions and weights, the figures shown should always be treated as approximate.
Under no circumstances will any refund exceed the actual amount paid, including shipping & handling and insurance charges.
Note for Israeli Residents:
All prices on this website exclude VAT - so Israeli residents must add VAT at the prevailing rate to the displayed prices.
Personal & Third-Party Losses:
We do not take responsibility for any personal or third party losses.
